VLabTech Point of Sale (POS) System is a web-based cash register and sales management solution designed for retail stores and restaurants. It runs entirely through a web browser and is accessible over a local network, allowing multiple checkout terminals to operate simultaneously.

User Roles

Administrator (Admin)

Administrators have full control over the system and can:

• Add products with barcode, name, price, description, and photo
• Manage product categories
• Create and manage users (administrators and cashiers)
• View sales history and daily reports
• Configure store settings, including:
  • Store name
  • Address
  • Currency
  • Tax (VAT) settings
  • Receipt footer text

Cashier

Cashiers can:

• Search products using barcode scanning or product name
• Adjust quantities in the shopping cart
• Select payment methods (Cash or Card)
• Enter the amount received and automatically calculate change
• Print receipts on 80mm thermal receipt printers
